Ideal Customer: A manager who needs a QuickBase in a hurry

Process: 5 web-enabled work sessions with a QuickBase Services consultant

How: A QBS consultant is assigned to work with a customer for a week. The consultant and client set a daily meeting time. Work is done collaboratively and separately.

• Monday: We (QBS and you, the client) define the purpose of the database, the tables and types of users.
• Tuesday: We build the database structure in place; most fields and all relationships are created.
• Wednesday: Form and report day.
• Thursday: Customer loads data with guidance from QBS.
• Friday: QuickBase testing, touch-up and a final bit of training.

* Program is nine hours.*

To sign on for this product, customer must be available an hour a day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as well as 3 hours per day on Thursday and Friday. If the client requests that QBS staff spend more than nine hours working on the project during the week, normal QBS rates apply.

Process: A web-enabled work session with a QuickBase Services consultant

An experienced QuickBase Services trainer/developer will schedule a live, web-enabled meeting with up to three QuickBase users from your organization. During that time, the QBS consultant is at your service. The consultant can:

• help you create tables
• build relationships
• discuss alternate database designs
• customize automated emails, and more

New QuickBase Do-It-Youreself'ers will benefit from the coaching. Customers considering hiring a developer can see how quickly a QBS professional can get them up and running.
