Our goal is to provide the highest quality QuickBase training and QuickBase support services. QuickBase support is available based on client needs.  QuickBase Services provides customized QuickBase training to help your staff learn how to use your QuickBase application.

  • Help Desk Support:

    QuickBase Services staff provides same-day answers to your questions. If you are not a QuickBase Services customer, Call or email us.  We will respond within 24 hours. The first 45 minutes of work is free.

  • User Training In-Person and via the Internet:

    QuickBase Services will train your staff to use your customized or standard QuickBase application.  Whether your employees are tech-savvy or tech-phobic, we can help them learn to use QuickBase to do their work faster, more accurately, and more easily.  Training is done at your offices on your schedule.   Most training sessions last one and a half hours.  Up to twenty people can be accommodated at one time.

    Participants receive customized training materials; these materials serve as a reference guide after the training.

  • Developer and Application Manager Coaching:

    QuickBase Services provides personalized instruction and guidance to individuals who are developing QuickBase applications for their organizations. Trainers start by reviewing the application that has been developed.  They provide suggestions on how to best use QuickBase to achieve business goals.  Because QuickBase Services' staff has business experience, their suggestions not only improve the database, but can also strengthen business processes.

    QBS customers generally request 3-5 hours of coaching over a month. During these sessions, QuickBase Services' staff explain various QuickBase functions and show the developer how those functions can enhance their QuickBase database. During training sessions, real work is done.

    For example, a QBS trainer can demonstrate how to set up relationships and then observe as staff practice.
